Routine Cleaning
- Wash with clean water, a neutral detergent and a soft brush — that's all regular maintenance requires.
- Rinse leaves, dust and debris off the surface regularly to prevent organic buildup in the texture.
Stain Removal
- Most stains lift with warm water and neutral detergent.
- Stubborn stains can be wiped with alcohol or a dedicated WPC-safe cleaner.
- Never use strong acids, alkalis or corrosive cleaning agents.
What You Never Need to Do
- No painting, oiling, sealing or waxing — the color is engineered into the board.
- No sanding or refinishing — surface texture is permanent.
Periodic Checks
- Once or twice a year, check clips and screws for tightness, especially after extreme weather.
- Keep expansion gaps clear of debris so boards can move naturally with temperature changes.
- Ensure drainage under the deck remains unobstructed.
